Please take note that by visiting our website and purchasing from us, you are accepting our Terms & Conditions as stated here. 

1.Serious Buyers Only

• We serve on a 'first-come, first-served' policy.
• Priority will be given to those who have made their payments. 
• No reservations allowed. 
• All sales are final.If however, you change your mind after placing an order but before making a payment, please do inform us. No hard feelings, we promise! We're nice people just like you. 
• BACKOUT BUYERS (customers who dissipate into thin air) will be blacklisted.

2.All Goods Sold Are 100% BRAND NEW

• We strive to bring you the best quality for the cheapest price, but since customers cannot touch, feel and try tangible goods before buying on the internet (not just from us), picky buyers shall be forewarned. 
• We will not accept returns,refunds or exchanges as all goods will be thoroughly checked before being sent to our dear customers unless there was an error on our part; for example the wrong size was sent. 

3.All Prices Are Fixed

• Prices shown for each good are fixed. 
• Attempts on negotiation will not be entertained. 
• Prices listed does not include shipping charges. However, purchases above RM100 are entitled to FREE NATIONWIDE delivery so be sure to take advantage of that!

4.Pre-Orders

• Only place a pre-order if you are willing to wait.
• To place a pre-order, the full payment is required upfront for the order to be valid. 
• If the item ordered runs out of stock, a full refund will be given.

5.Delivery

• All items will be delivered within 3 days after payment is made.
• All our goods will be delivered via normal Pos Malaysia for free. Purchases above RM100 will be entitled to free Poslaju delivery.
